Let me begin by telling you a little bit about my background before we get into the the world of relationship marketing. I served in the Army as a counter artillery radar operator from 2003 to 2007, I suffered a back injury and was medically discharged. After separation from the military I had to find a job, which I had no problem doing (after my 6 month unemployment vacation). I got a job working pest control for a family owned business and things were great... well sort of. We had our spats, as well as just about every employee who ever worked there did, and no matter how wrong she was, the boss always sided with her. As you could imagine it wasn't a fun working environment and we only dealt with her on a limited basis! Well eventually it hit a breaking point, I'll leave out the details but it ended with me being fired, over the phone, after five years of dedicated service to that company. So what do I do now? I can't keep working dead end jobs, I want a career but can't stand the thought of a boss. I can't go start over and be making minimum wage somewhere I need a real job! I have a car payment and real bills to be paid! Well that's when my sister told me about Nerium International. When she first introduced me to it I kinda said "thanks but no thanks." Right but how does that make money? Well when people who are successful in the business help the new people and coach them and help them duplicate their own success, it creates a ripple effect. This idea is genius, what better way to spread your product than by word of mouth? Not only that, all the money that is normally spent by the business to advertise, is being given back to the employees, which makes them work harder which makes the company more money and so on. You see the cycle that it creates. When the people under you make more money, you make more money, so that's your incentive to help them be the best they can be. Let me tell you, the leadership in this company is second to none! From the second you sign up there is someone either live, via phone or skype, that is there to walk you through and help with everything. We have a saying "you work
for yourself but not
by yourself." That's something that really made me feel confident about this company and know that I can thrive in this business. Now by no means is this a get quick rich scheme! This is a business that you get out of it what you put in. The people at the top are movers and shakers, but they are no super heroes, just people like you and I, who have a great will to succeed. If you have a great will to succeed you can be one of those people at the top. There is no limit as to how much success you can have at Nerium International!
